Brand10 is Brandten Bedford's company. His father, Richard Bedford, has held a California electrical contractor license since 1980, and Brandten works under that license.
Brandten pairs the electrical work with the technology people actually live with now: smart lighting, home networks, audio, cameras and the devices that tie them together. He handles the job from the circuit to the setup, and he can show you how to use it all.
He works across the Tri-Valley and greater Bay Area for homeowners and businesses.

Are you licensed?
Yes. Our electrical work is done under California contractor license #387415 (C-10 Electrical and B General Building), held by Richard H. Bedford and active since 1980. You can look it up on the CSLB website.
Do you work on businesses as well as homes?
Yes. We do residential and commercial electrical work, and we design and install networks for homes and businesses.
Can you set up the smart devices I already own?
Yes. We install, configure and connect smart-home devices, including ones you have already bought, and troubleshoot the ones that stopped playing nicely together.
Can you install an EV charger?
Yes. We install the charger and handle the electrical work it needs.
Do you hang Christmas lights?
Yes. Holiday lighting installation is part of our outdoor lighting work, along with landscape, pathway, pool and patio lighting.
